Exhibitor and Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Exhibitor and sponsorship registration has closed.

Zettabyte Sponsors ($3500):

• All Terabyte Sponsor offerings in addition to:
• Four complimentary registration to attend the conference (includes meals)
• Opportunity to present product in Hands-On Lab for two sessions
• Acknowledgement as Zettabyte sponsor on conference website and full page ad in the conference program
• Opportunity to address attendees by introducing a speaker, this address to be no longer than 5 minutes
• Exclusive to Zettabyte - Sponsorship choice of one of the following items:  lunches (2 available), cocktail reception (1 available) (Items assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.)

Terabyte Sponsors ($2500):

• All Gigabyte Sponsor offerings in addition to:
• Three complimentary registration to attend the conference (includes meals)
• Opportunity to present product in Hands-On Lab for one session
• Acknowledgement as Terabyte sponsor on conference website and half page ad in the conference program
• Exclusive to Terabyte - Sponsorship choice of one of the following items:  Wi-Fi in meeting areas, continental breakfasts (2 available), Cybercafé (1 available) (Items assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.)

Gigabyte Sponsors ($1500):

• All Megabyte Sponsor offerings in addition to:
• Two complimentary registration to attend the conference (includes meals)
• Acknowledgement as Gigabyte sponsor on conference website and quarter page ad in the conference program
• Exclusive to Gigabyte - Sponsorship choice of one of the following items:  attendee tote bag, conference program book, conference note book, refreshment breaks (4 available), Networking Room (Items assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.)

Megabyte Sponsors ($750):

• All above offerings in addition to:
• One Exhibitor staff badge including meals
• Acknowledgement as Megabyte sponsor on conference website and ad in the conference program
• Exclusive to Megabyte - Sponsorship choice of one of the following items:  name badge, badge lanyard, ribbon bar, room key, conference pen (Items assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.)

SCTCS Plugged-In Exhibitor ($100):

• Listing in the Conference program book and visibility on SCTCS Plugged-In website
• Inclusion in marketing communications
• Opportunity to place promotional materials at the registration desk
• Exhibitor table/booth: 10’x10’ space with draped tablecloth
• Exhibitor Staff badges (not including meals - staff badges with meals available at $50 per person per day)
• Color logo on conference signage, website, program and printed materials
• Marketing insertion in each attendee’s bag
• Electronic copy of mailing list of attendees upon request

Registration
An official listing of all exhibitors, your company name, contact information and a brief description of the service will be included in the conference packet for each registered participant.
